ane) I can't sign to any of the Microsoft apps

2) I had previously deleted all Microsoft password entries in the Keychain entries per review of previous posts on this subject field.  Aforementioned as all occurrences of ADAL

iii) did uninstall and reinstall all apps

iv) Still getting mistake

I don't know what version of part I have because I can't log in.  It was but downloaded from the MS site.

MAC SW version is 10.15.7

All the office applications have the aforementioned problem

The only choice that worked was to create a new user account.

Why is that?  I actually don't want to take that as a solution.  How exercise I migrate all my old user files and data to the new user?
